I have always loved old things - to me they are proof of life, have a history and a story to tell. I am inspired by aged industrial textures and vintage advertising, and I bring this style into my work. Even though my canvas art isn't old, I love to make it look that way. I can spend hours playing with textures to get just the right feel for a piece. The complexity and layering of colors and textures make for art that you can look at over and over and see something new every time.
